Can I pay off my loan with BHFC at any time? 

Yes, we accept cash, money order, Western Union Quick Collect, check payments or Visa/MasterCard/Discover cards. We will release the lien and title within 15 business days for cash and Western Union Quick Collect payments. We will release the lien and title in thirty (30) days for payments made by checks.

 

Can I set up automatic payment withdrawals?

Automatic payment withdrawals, also known as an ACH (Automated Clearing House) can be set up for you. Please call Customer Service at 602-548-1615 Option 1.

How can I stop my automatic payment withdrawal?

Send a request to stop by FAX (602-548-0810 Attn: Payments) or by email notice@bhfcfinancial.com

Is there a grace period for payments?

While there are NO Grace periods, daily interest is charged each day on the remaining balance, according to your contract, the late fee in not charged until the 10th day after the payment is due.

How much is my Late Fee?

Late fees vary by state, check your contract to see what late fee is applicable.  You can also call customer service at 602-548-1615 Option 1.

Can I make a payment and have it credited today?

Yes, to make a payment via telephone, call Customer Service at 602-548-1615 Option 1.  A $7.50 convenience fee is charged for all Debit Card telephone payments and a $7.50 convenience fee is charged for all telephonic check payments. Payments received before 11:00 AM (Mountain Standard Time) Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, will be credited that day. All other payments will be credited the next business day. To pay by check you will need your bank routing number and your bank account number available when calling.

To make a payment via our Web site, click on the Make a Payment Option at the top of the screen. $7.50 convenience fee is charged for all BHFC web site Debit Card payments and a $7.50 convenience fee is charged for all web check payments.

You can also use the Western Union Quick Collect ® service, for same day payments. Western Union will ask for three pieces of information, the City code (“BHFC”), the state code (“AZ”) and your account number. Your phone number is the account number.

Do I need to advise BHFC Financial Services INC of a change of address?

When is my first payment due?

Your first payment is usually due 30 to 45 days from the date your contract is signed. You will receive a payment book by US Mail. You are responsible for timely payments for the term of your loan regardless of the use of a coupon book.

Can I refinance my account with BHFC Financial Services INC.?

No, we do not offer refinancing.

What is the amount of my payoff?

Is there a fee for paying my bill online?

Yes, there is a $7.50 convenience fee added to your payment for Debit Card payments and a $7.50 convenience fee for check payments.

How can I find out what my interest rate is?

Check your contract to see what your interest rate is or call customer service at 602-548-1615 Option 1.

What should I do if I made a payment and it is not showing on my account?

Please contact customer service at 602-548-1615 Option 2. Have the payment amount, check number, or Money Order number, or MTCN number, and date of payment ready.

Will a bounced check get re-deposited?

No, and you must send an immediate replacement. Replacement payments can be a money order, or by Western Union.

Can someone else take over my loan?

No, whoever signed the original contract is responsible for paying off the loan in full.

Can someone else be added to my loan? 

Someone else may be added to a loan if certain conditions are met. Please call customer service at 602-548-1615 Option 1.

 

How come my last payment is a different amount than the regular monthly payment?

The last payment may be more or less than your regular monthly payment. It could be more if, during the life of your loan you made any payments after your regularly scheduled due date. This would have increased the daily interest charge and therefore increase the final payment amount. It could be LESS if, during the life of your loan you made any payments before your regularly scheduled due date. This would have decreased the daily interest charge and therefore, decrease the final payment amount.


Is my personal information safe when I log into the BHFC Web site?

Yes, the BHFC Financial Services INC Payment system web site uses a secure SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate from PositiveSSL, a leading SSL Certificate Authority enabling secure e-commerce and communications for Web sites. PositiveSSL enables the strongest SSL encryption available to every site visitor. When you are on the payment screen you will notice a padlock on the bottom of the screen showing that the site is protected.

Are there any insurance requirements? 

You must maintain full comprehensive and collision insurance coverage with BHFC Financial Services INC. listed as the lien holder. Deductibles cannot exceed $500.00.
